Privacy Policy
Kinan AI ("Kinan") is provided by Grasp Labs LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We collect as little data as possible.
What we collect
- Messages, photos and files you send to Kinan, to generate replies.
- An anonymous account ID created automatically, and your email if you sign in with Apple.
- Preferences such as your chosen name and dialect.
- Usage counts such as daily messages, to apply free-plan limits.
- Anonymous technical data about crashes and performance.
- Subscriptions are handled by Apple; we never see your card details.
Who we share it with
Your messages, photos and files are sent to AI model providers (such as Google, OpenAI, Anthropic and others) through OpenRouter, only to generate a reply. We request providers that do not store your data or use it to train models. We also use service providers for hosting, subscription management and crash reporting. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Consent
Kinan does not send anything to AI providers until you give explicit consent in the app. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your chats or your entire account in the app at any time. When you delete your account, we delete your data from our systems within 30 days.
Children
Kinan is not directed to children under 13.
